Is it possible to connect 2 ip office's via a tie line? I have a point to point T1 and I plugged each end into the T1 card at each location and created a short code to dial on the appropriate line, but I was not able to get a call to go through. I had the lines set to E&M Tie and wink-start. I am trying this so I can avoid purchasing expensive VCM's.
