All calls, whether they be your LDN or individual extensions on the CallMangler, should be routed via UDP and AAR. Now, if you are unfamiliar with these concepts then go to
Avaya Support and search on "Administration for Network Connectivity." I would point out the actual manual number but the proceedure varies slightly by release.
