Depends on the CM version and if telnet is enabled. Newer releases (4 and 5) require you to establish an SSH connection not telnet. Still use the 192.11.13.6 address but check the SSH button on page 2 or 3 when you set up ASA.

Why can't we all just go back to 9.5, much easier then.
