I have a similar problem. I'm trying to connect an Avaya Definity G3r to a Cisco Call Manager 6.1 via a 3845 router using E1 cards at both ends. On the Avaya, when I do "test board", test 138 fails. When I do "status trunk 90", I get "out-of-service-NE".
I cannot communicate with the Call Manager.
I will appreciate all the help I can get.
