Direct incoming calls straight to the receptionist, set her allocated answer interval to the number of secs you want it to ring at her phone before AA, then create a custom User Leave entry point for her extension in voicemail that contains a Goto to your AA module. To put callers into reception mailbox (general mailbox) use a leave mail token in your callflows - if you want to ring reception then leave mail, use an assisted transfer first with a lower timeout value than the allocated answer interval, otherwise you'll loop your caller back into AA.
