Just like wellco says, setup a vm box, subscriber extension is the hunt group number.
Coverage path in the hunt group to the vm.
In the station form from the hunt group members on page 1 Message Lamp Ext: XXXXX [huntgroup ext], for the message light main number
Use button name [mwn act] in the button assignments form for the individual message light.
