First thing you do is to call your carrier and make sure that they actually have the T1 provisioned to send BOTH NAME AND NUMBER. Unless you specifically request (and pay for) "name" from Telco they generally don't send it ... and YES, they typically do charge extra for it.

Next, if they tell you that they ARE sending the name you can verify that with "list tract tac xxx" where xxx is the trunk access code (TAC) of your ISDN-PRI trunk group. If you don't see it with an inbound call then they aren't sending it.
