In incoming-call-handling-treatment for the trunk, there is a field.. per call cpn/bn and you have 5 options
CPN-Only (Calling Party NAme only)
CPN-Pref (if name not available send number)
BN-Only (Billing # only)
BN-Pref (if not avail send name) and
none

since my phones only display 2 lines, and the 2nd line is the vdn that was dialed, I use bn-only, I do not have a need for name, and this way client services has the number to help verify the caller,,

so just put in one entry with the length of your extensions, and what you want to be sent to the phones...
