Caller ID Information on PRI

We are not receiving the "name" information of the callers when we receive incoming calls, only the phone numbers. There are no restrictions on our trunk groups according to the carriers and there are no restrictions on our trunk groups in the Avaya PBX to our knowledge. We made some test calls to our home numbers and the name of the caller appears on the caller-ID. We need to understand why the name does not appear at work. Does anyone out there know if there is a fix for this problem?
