As you can see I had no idea what to title this.

When patients in patient rooms dial a certain number, it is supposed to ring a phone in the kitchen for room service. If the person is on the phone it will play one message, if it is after hours it will play another message. Sometime before I started here it began malfunctioning, and will only rarely ring when it is supposed to, and usually says that they are busy and to hold, and then hangs up. I'm not sure how it is setup to do this. They would like me to just delete this entire setup, then I can take this number and give it to the phone in the kitchen, so they are just calling straight there from now on. I am open to troubleshooting the problem and just making it work right as well.
