So my vendor sent me a 4621SW. I've used these before and am familiar with their configuration. This one has a "Avaya One-X Quick Edition" Sticker on the back and when booting up looks different from my other 4621's. It doesn't allow me to use the 'Mute' reset option to set it up and never presents me with the screen to enter an extension or password.
Can this phone be used on our CM 3.1 system? If so I would assume the firmware/application files must be reflashed or there is some other way of upgrading the phone.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
