We are getting registration error on a conference room IP 4690 phone.
Phone is located at remote site connected to HUB site which
has s8720 and CM 4.0.

when i status station i see "out of service".

how do i resolve it? do i just reset the phone or any other diagnosis? pls advise. How do i rule out data network problem?
