It's not the voicemail pro that does the error trapping, it's the IP Office. The short code ? means anything that is dialed that doesn't match a known extension or existing short code. So, when the voicemail pro transfers a caller to an invalid extension, the IP Office matches it against the ? shortcode, and transfers them back into VM Pro to your special error handling start point.

Much easier than conditions. No ongoing maintenance.
