"CLS" should be "Class of Service".

"CTD" is "Conditionally Toll Denied". (Default)

Sorry, but those are the only ones I know of the top of my head. If you are in LD 16 -RTB,ATM I have the Nortel Books that list most of the options you might need to know. The books are the only training I have had :( until the company I work for decides to pay for some. Most of the info from the books is on one of the nortel websites but the PDF you always need is hard to find. I'll try to post some info later for the other options you have listed.
