The providers I deal with have been little help. But check with them. Usually they can not change the name, but I have a few that if you tell them for certain DID numbers send abc, and others send xyz. Then you can change the number sent and have them insert the correct name.
Most providers now a days, will only send CID of numbers that you have ported to your T1.
