911 is in the emergency list only so if you restrict an extension, it can still call 911 (although there are certain restrictions that can eliminate even that!)

If it is a phone on the Partner system, you can connect a PC to the SMDR port, and capture real time call information. Run Hyperterminal, and you can save it and look at it later. The SMDR port is a SERIAL port, you'll need a regular Cat-5 patch cord, an Avaya 355-A (or 355-AF) adapter, and probably a 25 to 9 pin serial port adapter. Of course, you'll also need a computer with a serial port.
