I agree the skin supplied is unpleasant.

The skins used are from http://www.almdev.com/, I am not sure if it matters but I think Phone Manager uses v. 2.xx BusinessSkinForms.

I would also say as Phone Manager v.2.0.13 was not released with any other skins it is more than likely that changing the skins will not be supported.
