Also, a few more questions now that I think about it. We've got 4 incoming CO lines, and I was wondering if the auto-attendant could answer them automatically regardless of the time of day, and allow the caller to dial an extention (if (s)he knows it), otherwise bounce the caller to a live receptionist. Finally, what are the ways that the agent (executive) can screen calls that are coming from a caller that dials his extention from the auto-attendant? Or is screening impossible, and the agent has to answer incoming direct extention calls blindly. Can all of these settings be automated depending on the time of day (eg. night service)?
