I've been over and over this with one of our company sites in Canada. In the US, AT&T can set the company name at the circuit level. According to my AT&T rep, who looked at one for me when I was trying to get this done in Canada, there is a field on their setup for Caller ID Name. Bell Canada insists that they do not/cannot set this. I guess it depends on your carrier.

Otherwise, on Avaya anyway, you can send the station name or nothing.
