This problem seemed to settle down for a while... however, complaints are starting again.
To better troubleshoot (after doing all martin suggested above) I would like to separate the two amplifiers (1 in each building) onto two different ports on the TN763D while using the same TAC (70#) for both ports.

Is this possible?
