q-calls light stuck
Greetings...
We have a problem with one of our q-calls notification light buttons. One day last week it lit up as if a call was in queue and has been that way ever since. Press the button and you see "hunt group name Q-time 0:00 calls 1"
The timer never counts for this "ghost call".
The call does not appear in CMS reports as a call waiting in queue.
Does anyone know of a way to resolve this issue? The button is on multiple phones throughout our contact center and each has been lit for almost a week now.
