Avaya AUDIX 4.4-5 DCIU Integration Problem
Hello Everyone
We have an Intuity AUDIX/Guestworks 4.4-5 using a DCIU integration to a G3 MCC PBX. It had a MAJOR ALARM for integration and we replaced the EICON board, which cleared the major. However, when checking the SI status, the Link Level 2 field in DOWN. Link 1 on the PBX is in a RESTARTING state.
Any thoughts?
