Our compnay would like to have our company name and DID number delivered on on external calls. Internally we would like to display the user name of the DID as programmed against the telephone. Our service provider guarantees us that there is no possible way to have a business name programmed against a PRI. Does the Nortel Meridian PBX have the ability to display the company name on all outgoing calls without displaying the user name associated with the telephone? The call display is capable of 23 characters with the first 15 delivered externally, I know we can program the name display to have the company name delivered and the user name following but this seems like a hack job. Any suggestions.
