We support Audix (all versions), Octel, VMX, MM, and AVST. MM can be tricky but the current versions are functional (we sold 2 when they first came out and quit till recently). Currently we have the most success with AVST both Qsig and digital set emulation, just be sure to find a responsible vendor. IE-references, how many have they deployed? In-House we use AVST/Exchange and an old VMX 200 with IVR (works).

I am sure there are many other VM's out there that can interface with Avaya.
