Since this is a G3r then the SCC stack cabinet number MUST be 02 or greater since cabinet 01 MUST be an MCC by definition. The "si" is smart enough to sense it's environment. With the G3r you have to tell it about very single cabinet and carrier.

Therefore, add the following step between 1 and 2 above: "change cabinet x" , remove the "C" carrier and then save the form (x is the SCC cabinet stack number).

Additionally, when you power down the cabinets you'll only need to power down the three carriers in the SCC stack.
