Assuning that this is an "si" it's pretty easy:

1) Remove ALL translations in the "C" cabinet
2) SAVE TRANSLATIONS
3) Power down ALL cabinets
4) Remove the back covers of both "B" and "C" cabinets
5) Remove the TDM/LAN Bus cable between "B" and "C"
6) Move the TDM/LAN Bus Terminator from "C" to "B" ... will go where you removed the cable in step 5
7) Button up the back of "B" and restore power to "A" and "B"

IMPORTANT NOTE ON STEPS 5 and 6: The pins on the backplane that the TDM/LAN Bus cable and terminators connect to are not trivial items. Great care should be taken to make sure that you do not bend or break any of them ... and they bend and break veery easily if you're not careful. Line up the connectors carefully and wiggle the connectors GENTLY until they are fully seated. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU FORCE THE CONNECTORS INTO PLACE. If they do not go easily then you're probably not lined up correctly and could be causing yourself a world of heartache.

OBSERVATION: There's really no need to remove the "C" carrier unless you plan to re-deploy it to another location. If you're bored and simply have nothing better to do then do yourself a favor and resist the urge to remove the cabinet. Consider the consequences should you have an "accident" ... not likely, but you always need to give some weight to the possibility
