1281= Loss Of Signal
1793= Blue Alarm
2049= Red Alarm
3073= Slips
1300= LOS
2305= Yellow Alarm

Either you are having issues with a DS1, or you have one in programming that is not in use. Errors can be found in the Maintenance-Object Repair Procedure chapter of the Maintenance book in the CD that should have come with your box.
