Your control channel to a Media Gateway went down or had trouble of some sort. Confirm they are up by doing a List Media annd making sure they are all registered. Server based alarms do not always clear automatically, and have to be removed. If you have confirmed your Gateways are up and stable, and this is the only alarm, then you can clear it with the command >almclear -a.
