How many different groups receive the calls? If only a few, say 4, then send the 800 # to a vector collect step and prompt for "To reach team 1, press 1", If 1, then go to step xx, route to VDN for that group. Thus, if a salesman travels outside his home area code he could still reach his assigned team.
