You can reroute calls on the third page of the trunk group form but be aware that you will be using up trunks rapidly because the call is already in your PBX. If a call comes in to PBX A but you want it in PBX B, the call will use one trunk to come into PBX A, another trunk to route out of PBX A and another trunk coming into PBX B. All three trunks will remain in use until the call is completed and that will include any long distance charges that might apply.
Any calls from customers that do not choose to have their phone number identified will remain in PBX A whether you want them there or not.
