actually i think i need to get some more info. the situation i have is we have a project sales 800 number that they would like to be able to have directed to different salespeople depending on where the call is coming from. i thought i would just need to enter the different are codes in a set of tables then do conditional routing based on whether the incoming area code was in a particular table or not but doing more reading im not sure thats what i need to do. i would rather not do this at the service provider level at this time if possible because we are planning to change providers soon
