It has met my needs over the years, though it often seems like they stopped in the middle of upgrading their page and never finished it. The info on the site does get updated though.
From your post it sounds like you plan to use ANI to split calls when they come into your system. I have never attempted this, largely because I have been leery about the number of misses in the ANI system. It is better than caller-ID, but you still get a good number of unavailable info hits. I have been using a carrier feature from AT&T known as routing by originating area code. I assume that most major carriers have some flavor of it. Of course AT&T could be doing just the same thing, going off of the ANI information but for some reason I feel like they are likely to have more detailed info than when gets passed to us. Of course I have to pay for the feature, so maybe I just am making myself feel better about spending the money.
