Dial by Name
I have a customer that wants to modify the Dial by Name action.
First, they want to override the default system message and include a
menu with an option to return to the main menu. I can put my own
entry prompt in the action but the system still plays the "Enter the
persons name and # sign". Second, they do want to require the #
sign. I am not aware of any way to change this requirement.
