If you are looking for how many are assigned, display capacity to see how many are assigned and how many more can be used.

If you want to know the status of all your agents, they need to be logged in to a measured ACD. Then you can get their status in BCMS or CMS.

If you want to know how many IP phones are off hook at a given time, I do not know a way to do that without statusing each one.
