I have create VDN`s to measure inbound calls in CMS. In the vector there is a route to station XXXXX command, that station is an non DID extension.
It`s confusing when the internal users see that non DID extension, they also try to call back that non DID extension but that isn`t possibly because the 2 sites have there own dial plan.
