Dear Friends,

I am facing an issue in one of the customer site. We recently upgraded the system from Prologix R7 to S8400 CM 4.0. They were using Intuity Audix for long time. AVAYA also says MAP5P will work in CM 4.0. But during implementation we faced problems. It is not working still.

Seek your suggestions. If any one of you had the same experience, please share.

S8400 is functioning very smoothly.
