I replaced a TN767E and when I did the other one that I put in came up with test 114 failing with error code 2 then 3 then 4. I can't find it in the maintenance manual on avaya's site. I replaced the CSU and it still has issues. I believe it is the service rovider but I can't explain it to them without knowing what's wrong. Anybody know?
