Ignore the above post. Seems like the site admin has a filter blocking URLs from being posted. Sad, that was the easiest way for me to direct you to the information you need. All I can say is you should be adjusting the Audio Enviroment settings and there is a guide on the Avaya Support website. Look in the 4600 IP Phones section or PM me and I'll send the link.
