Personally, until Avaya came out with this newest release (3.2) I didnt think this was a pinch of crap. BUt now you can finally have BLF and programmable buttons as well as the new ATA device.
I do have issue with the way Avaya is marketing this. They are touting this system as the "customer installed" phone system. If that is the case, they need to ship the phones with current releases. Would I ship a phone to a customer and tell them they need to upgrade it before it works? NO WAY!
