Well, you HAVE to have a MedPro, CLAN and licensing on the other end to use the G350, so the VoIP phones should register with the si without issue.

There is no Avaya analog/fax-to-ip solution without an external gateway. The "fix" is going to be either POTS lines or some third-party hardware. Again, MultiTech makes some VoIP gateways that will accomplish this for you ... but it might be more cost effective to simply use POTS lines.
