We currently installed a G350 in one of our remote locations and are now being told that the G350 will not work with our current phone system. (G3si v.11) Of course this wasn't told to us until after the purchase and installation. Is there any fix that we can provide without having to upgrade our main system? We have a full data T1 connecting the 2 sites. The G350 is a full VoIP solution with analog ports for faxes. Someone please help us. I don't believe that we have to upgrade our system to make the faxes work.
