AVAYA Prologix Interface with "Apropos"
I am trying to Connect Prologix (G3Csi) system with Apropos server for call routing. Apropos server needs Digital Extension Interface of Avaya systems to route the calls. And we need to have DNIS to display the called No. in the Digital Phone (If connected). We have not enabled DNIS in AVAYA as it needs CTI to be enabled which costs dollars for customer. IS there any way i can have called No. display in Digital Phones apart from DNIS?
The system receives calls thru' ISDN PRI and is getting forwarded to Apropos server.
Can Anybody help me in this?
