Can't help you at the Cisco end, but at the Definity end make it a lineside T1 using an ISDN tie trunk group.

Roll the send and receive pairs at one end. You will know that you have connectivity when you test the board and tests 138-146 all pass. A CSU will not be needed if the machines are close.
