Are you using the console cable and adapter that came with the unit? I happen to be working on a G350 right now, and can connect to mine via console.

Nvram commands:

nvram initialize Initialize the nvram to its factory defaults.

Depending on what release your G350 is at 26_33_0 is the most current (unless they changed it overnight) the first time you log in, it will make you change the password. Avaya has told me that they "prefer" that it gets reset to "rootroot". If that does not work you will need to find out who set the password and to what. Avaya has also told me that if that password is changed and you do not know it, they cannot get in either. (somehow I would think they have a backdoor).
