From the partner bidding on the telephone system upgrade. I laughed out loud when I read this:

<LI class=MsoNormal style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo6">Branch locations are 100% survivable opposed to limited SRST. We can reduce our design costs if the desire is to lower our survivability to the level of Cisco.
Our design includes fully survivable Messaging at separate Disaster Recovery location (primary at data center with backup at HQ). We can remove this capability to lower survivability to Cisco’s level.
