Three questions

What release is your Definity? Type "list config soft" and look in the SOFTWARE VERSION area.

On the top center of the trunk group page is a field titled "Group Type:", what is the entry there? If you have more than one incoming trunk group, what do they all say?

Do you use VDN's and vectors?

To answer your questions, CBC stands for Call by Call and if you have more than one incoming trunk group and you don't know which group this coming in on, you will have to modify all of them. If you have call accounting, that can tell you what group this is coming in on.
