This is the list that I have, it is an old list so some codes may not work any more.

hold 2337# - Address information (IP, CLAN IP, Mask, router, TFTP Server, etc.)
hold 767# - QOS
hold 7766# - Site specific Option Number Setting (176 is default)
hold 468# - INT - Hub enable/disable
hold 8439# - View useful parameters
hold 73738# - Reset
hold transfer - Self-test
hold 8378# - Self-test repeating press # to end
mute 564633# - Logoff from Definity and erase password from phone. Must be 1.5 or later
mute 242# - AGC turns handset and headset AGC on/off. Must be 1.7 or later.
mute 284# - Enables/disables the Softphone CTI connection
mute 5264# - Switches language display for local msgs. For 4620 with 1.72 or later
mute 468# - Switches set between full or half duplex

If anyone has more they can add them and we can compile a complete list or if some of the ones I listed are no longer valid, they can be deleted.
