Thanks Tommy, this customer tells me they didn't think that they changed the time manually with the time change...but they have had some turn over in the past so maybe someone that is no longer there used to change it and the owner didn't know.

The phones don't have DST schedule programmed into them do they?

Maybe I'm confusing two components...the pbx (Partner) and voicemail (Partnermail VS). Is there a DST schedule in the pbx?
