Re: ARS Routing Issue

It will depend on how your ARS tables are set up whether this will be a large task or a small task. At the very minimum you will need to define the new Area Code as a local call. For this example we will call your new Area Code "419".

Type "change ars an 14" and fill out the data as follows. Type "1419" and press tab, type "11" and tab again then type "11" once more. Now enter the route pattern that local calls use and call type "hnpa". Press enter and make a test call.
