We have an Avaya G3siV11 PBX and one of our locations has to dial 11 digits for local calls due to area an code change by the local phone company. We have several phones in the building that are restricted to only dialing local calls. Now that this change has taken place, these phones can not dial out because they are considered FNPA calls. How do we setup our ARS to allow these phones to make local calls?
